Birokrasi.

Birokrasi adalah suatu alur aturan dalam penataan suatu organisasi, dalam suatu pemerintahan hal ini dikenal sebagai “tatanegara”.

Tetapi, banyak disalah-artikan dan berkonotasi negatif sebagai sistem yang mempersulit segala urusan rakyat.

    I’m Interesting because realated to leadership, may another guy is not so interesring ..sy tertarik krn berhubungan dgn kepemimpinan, mgkn yg lainya kurang tertarik.

      That’s right… it’s related with leadership success.
      Anyone interested in being a leader must understand about bureaucracy… besides understanding the character of the people around him so that they can place the right people in the right position.

      Siapapun yang tertarik menjadi pemimpin harus paham tentang birokrasi… selain memahami karakter orang disekitarnya sehingga mampu menempatkan orang yang tepat pada posisi yang tepat.

      you are correct … But there are disadvantages … readings so boring because like reading a textbook. Writing fragmented in order to give the possibility of an interest in a variety of topics … and provide freedom for their own synchronization.

    Now phenomenon in bureaucracy, the wrong man on the right place and in- effecien of orgnization.
    phenomena skrg di birokrasi, org yg gak kompeten pd tempat yg baik, dan gak eff dr organisasi.
    That is the real leader should identified ..itu hrs teridentifikasi oleh leader sejati.
